Pudding de chia aux épices chai

Ingrédients

  • 240 ml / 1 tasse de boisson végétale d’amande non sucrée
  • 1 mesure de Shakeology Sablés à la cannelle
  • 2 c. à soupe de graines de chia
  • ½ c. à café de cardamome moulue (ou de cannelle moulue)
  • ¼ c. à café de piment de la Jamaïque moulu (ou de noix de muscade moulue)
  • 1 petite pomme, coupée en morceaux
  • 1 c. à café de sirop d’érable pur

Instructions

  1. Mettez la boisson végétale d’amande, le Shakeology, les graines de chia, la cardamome et le piment de la Jamaïque dans une petite casserole à feu moyen. Faites cuire, en remuant fréquemment, jusqu’à légère ébullition. Réduisez à feu doux.
  2. Cuisez en remuant de temps en temps pendant 3 à 5 minutes, ou jusqu’à ce que le mélange ait épaissi. Retirez du feu ; couvrez et laissez reposer pendant 5 minutes.
  3. Transférez dans un bol de service ; garnissez de pommes et de sirop d’érable. Servez immédiatement.
